About / Contact / Privacy

The site uses a custom search engine built through the Google Co-op interface. The aim is to produce a search experience tailored to the specific needs of the email marketer. This means the database should only include sites and pages relevant to professional permission-based email marketing.

I've tried my best to ensure there are no spammy sites, no sites misleading people on the value or techniques of email marketing, no sites advocating spam, none selling cheap spam lists and none promoting anything other than opt-in, permission-based, ethical email marketing. Nevertheless, you use this site and those unearthed in the search at your own risk: a few itinerant sites and pages may have slipped through my guard (if you find any, please let me know ASAP!)

At the time of writing (April 2010), there are 600+ hand-picked sites and hundreds of thousands pages in the search database. You'll find a list of these sites here.

The site now also features email marketing headlines from relevant blogs and media sites. How these are selected is outlined here.

The site was founded and is managed by me (Mark Brownlow), long-time publisher of the Email Marketing Reports website and blog. You'll find contact details below. Feedback, suggestions and criticisms are very welcome.
